This year’s Ham and Sausage Event will be two separate efforts.
The normal Ham Boil Men’s event will be on December 11th at Phil’s House. The sausage will be smoked at a covert/secret location on the first cold night in December and kept frozen for pick up at Phil’s Ham Day or at the church.
Sausage orders or no longer able to be accepted. Current orders will be submitted to Hampton Meats. Will look for the first cold day/evening where we can get the coals burning and wood smoking….
